Our property managers have over 48 years of combined vacation rental management experience. We have seen just about everything that there is to see in the vacation rental industry. Check-in time is 3PM. Upon your arrival in Estes Park, please check in at our office prior to 4PM to pick up keys and a map to the Rental Property. At Check-In Time, the tenant will be issued keys for the Rental Property. Tenant is responsible for the cost of replacement and for the costs of re-keying and/or replacement of locks in the event that any keys are lost, misplaced or not returned.

If you are a homeowner, do NOT use this company. Absolutely horrendous attitude of the man giving what can barely be described as a "tour". I would've signed a year lease at asking price right then and there for that house, but would NEVER want to deal with that property management team again. Homeowner is losing out on some great tenants, and it's no surprise that amazing house is still looking for renters. I typically go out of my way to leave good reviews but felt pretty strongly about this terrible encounter. I won't come near a house offered by this company ever again.

We rented the Blue Spruce Cabin and were disappointed. The king sized mattress was so lumpy and saggy that sleeping was not possible. The dishwasher was so loud you could not talk in the cabin. The washer reeked of mold. There is no A/C and it's suggested windows remain closed to deter bears and it was hot in August. The grounds were unkempt - 3 foot high thistles in the parking area. The driveway was washed out at the road. The grass was not mowed, the flower beds were overgrown with weeds. The windows outside were covered with cobwebs obscuring the view. The owner should spend a few days here

Rented “Pikes Peak” through Ponderosa realty via AirBNB, the house was wonderful. Wasn’t much communication from Ponderosa, but there didn’t need to be. As another reviewer said, there was no A/C in the house, but that’s typical for the area. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Would definitely book with them again if I’m ever back in Estes Park. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was a 3rd party company they use called Concishare…. Got an email from them after booking the home that said their services were included complimentary to my rental….

In the midst of Covid19 they should have extra precautions. Instead I walked into a home with
-trash left in the trash can from who knows how long ago that made the place smell to high heaven
-DIRTY pull out sofa with the wrinkled hair and again covered sheets
-“clean” sheets in closet covered in stains
-No AC
-Beeping smoke and monoxide detector
-RUSTED OUT GRILL
-WiFi that didn’t work.
I have called numerous times and emailed and was promised a resolution and call back and have received neither
DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT CLEAN AND FUNCTIONING ANYTHING

We just stayed at the tyrolean. Bathrooms were dirty specifically the toilets. There was still a used bar of soap in shower downstairs. A dirty dish sponge in the sink. Broken toilet paper holders (no toilet paper) and very limited old linens. Carpet was stained everywhere and not vacuumed. Freezer had not been cleaned out and had stuff that spilled all over it. The smell of the septic was horrible. It’s a beautiful home but no one is taking care of it. Very disappointed.

First off, the cabin we stayed in through them is a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The hot tub was fun to get in, the location was great, and the condos being built next door don’t detract much from the view. Everything was great, except for the fireplace, which led to a small incident at the property. It is the property management’s treatment of us as vacation renters which leaves much to be desired.
After making a fire and putting it out, we left to go have dinner and arrived back at a cabin filled with smoke. We immediately let the property managers know and called the fire department as well
