I didn't always know who I was, or who I wanted to be. You know. I was close to finishing up a college degree in something, I had finally found something I had a passion for: filmmaking. My producer and I were planning to start a production company, shoot ads, then music videos, and eventually feature films with a focus on character dramas. But that all changed at 9am on a Monday, 2 weeks from graduation.

Chris Koeppen did my (and my fiance's) engagement photos. We were referred by a close friend of ours who told us that we absolutely needed Chris' eye to capture this special time in our lives. Chris has a super power. He can move you, he can inspire you, and he can make you feel so much better. All by showing you a picture of yourself. I would describe shooting with Chris as a great afternoon adventure. There's never awkward moments or feeling out of your comfort zone when being photographed. You feel empowered, like you're playing the lead in an epic film. The results are just that. Epic.
