Today’s cleaning was my very first experience at Dr. Graffeo’s office. From the minute I set up the call down to the final seconds of my appointment, him and his staff treated me with kindness and respect. I appreciated how detailed Dr. Graffeo was in both his explanation of work and the cleaning he did. He not only addressed new issues, but he took the time to explain why old issues are recurring. Dr. Graffeo is an excellent dentist. He is one of those “ old school” type the tells you it is what it is and give 100% for his work. He explained clearly why need to be done, the why and the how, for me to make the best decision for myself.
He is genuine and patient.

I had a great experience today! I’m an extremely nervous patient when it comes to dentist visits, but Dr. Graffeo and his staff are amazing! He’s great with making sure you are comfortable and the procedure goes smooth. He made SURE SURE that I wasn’t in pain at any time during and after. The staff has the best customer service skills and bedside manners and every dental office should follow by these examples. The ladies in the front desk were very very helpful and resourceful.
