If you want a realty company that will hide from their illegitimate business deals and screw you over then this is the place for you! The owner herself will not take responsibility and will berate you if you dare to question them. Instead of being a good owner she instead bullies people into going to court and hopes they don’t actually go through with it!

PSA if you’re looking to sell your house or even buy beware of the illegal business practices being committed by Pinnacle Realty in Tri-cities area. They failed to collected Earnest money (illegal) and after months of being told the check is on its way this company would rather tell me to take them to court if I want it so bad. Horrible business practice! If they are willing to do something like this I can’t imagine the other dirty business practices being committed! Also this isn’t the first time they’ve committed bad business practices.
