These people think that giving assignments to potential employees is a good job interview tactic, then have you submit your work before inviting you into the interview where you're expected to present your findings while they play hard ball with you. So basically if you want to join their team, don't be a parent and don't be currently employed. The vague directions and project they will give you will require several hours of work to do for free to probably not get hired.
Also be prepared for virtual team members to join your interview and the on-site staff to not know how to work their AV equipment
