Born and raised in Lincoln City, Felecia McDougal made the decision to purchase the Lincoln City RE 100 Property Management business in 2019, after working and learning under former owner Mark Neighorn. Working hands-on under Mark, who owned and operated the business for 30 years before retirement, gave Felecia the opportunity to learn from a true mentor.
Applications are accepted for a specifically identified unit and only after the prospective tenant (or their representative) has viewed the unit. Upon receipt, applications will be timed, dated and "keyed" to the specific unit requested. They are processed on a "first come, first served" basis and shall be submitted with legal, valid, government issued photo ID's.
What is an FED? An FED stands for Forced Eviction Detainer. The important word here is "Eviction". We do not rent to persons who have an eviction of record that has occurred in the past several years. An eviction should not be confused with a termination. A landlord may terminate a tenant for various reasons having nothing to do with the quality of a tenant.
Pre occupancy unit evaluation for rental analysis. Screening, qualifying and placement of new tenant. This includes unit showings and a move in inspection with the new tenant. We have written screening criteria guidelines. These guidelines may be modified to meet most landlord individual requests. When placing the tenant we collect all move-in money (rent, security deposits, and other fees).

We've rented same property from them for over 13 years. New management took over a little over a year ago, has made ALL the difference! Old management couldn't even get us a mailbox after it rotted out, 2 years later we got sick of waiting and put one in ourselves. New management (while dealing with fire devastation aftermath) put the squeeze on oven installers to have new one in by the holidays. Felicia is LIGHT YEARS better than Mark...if you've heard bad rumours about real estate 100, (probably spread by me lol) give them another chance, it's a completely different company.

If you're looking for rental properties, then realty 100 is not for you, if your credit is not in perfect shape or you have collections, save your money for the application fee, at first glance they make up their minds and are prepared to lead you throughout the whole starting process before willingly denying you.

If I could give no star I would. There is a reason real estate 100 doesn't have FB reviews, they can't handle being called out on their BS. I was charged $150 for a bag of trash they brought to their office. They sent a letter, not a phone call, while charging a storage fee I until I was able to make it to their office to confirm my bag of tupperwear was still actually garbage. Wow $150 is unreal. They should be ashamed of how bad they treat locals.

I have been renting from Real Estate 100 for 3 years, and I couldn't be happier with this company. I had a problem with my refrigerator in my condo, and I got a new one immediately, also my washer and dryer went out and I got a new set within days. Very nice people and professional. I am currently looking to move into a larger home and I will continue to go through this company. Mark is very nice and helpful, the girl at the front desk is very nice too. I recommend this place if you are looking to rent!

Landlords BEWARE. It has been my experience that this company has no regard for the properties it handles or their owners. My latest experience has left me dismayed as to the bad service, bordering on malpractice Real Estate 100 operates it's business. I had a major problem with my home recently and it took them over a month to repair the problem, seeming not to care about the tenant or myself. Finally I was presented with a bill for about $1500 all told. By the way they do not send out receipts for work for your tax records unless you specificially ask for one. They got no estiments to bid out

Don't let the prolific ads fool you. This company is very, very bad. When I moved in the unit was dirty and the mailbox was broken. 5 units were given a single garbage can for trash. I had a broken stove in my unit, but because a single burner worked they fought me about fixing it.They were sort of polite until I signed papers and then became condescending, rude, and unhelpful. They would call me to accuse me about various things, like moving my boyfriend in or throwing trash around the single garbage can. Right before I put in my 30 day notice I had a parking issue that was my fault and I came

I wish there was a BAD button, I would so take advantage of it. Our run in with these people was far less than "Poor - Fair". We stopped by to pick up a listing of current properties. The fellow who worked in the big back office is whom we had the distinct displeasure of speaking with. My roommate was asked if we had any pets, she replied we had two companion pets. He started in on how the review process would take longer as they would need to send forms in to our doctor to confirm they were necessary. She let him know we already have prescriptions for them and he replied "You ARE NOT listening
