In 2003, criminal defense attorney David S. West established his own law firm after working alongside another prominent criminal defense attorney for nine years. David West & Associates is located in Marietta, Georgia, and represents clients throughout the state for all types of criminal offenses. In addition, our law firm services clients nationwide in all federal crimes.
In 1994, David West began his career as a criminal defense lawyer and has practiced criminal defense exclusively ever since. Over the years, he has risen to prominence by successfully handling many high-profile cases. He is a member of several organizations, including the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and NORML.
Jennifer joined David West & Associates in 2021 and is the firm's current Legal Assistant. Jennifer was born in Taipei, Taiwan and lived there until she moved to Roswell, Georgia in 2005. She went to Centennial High School and then attended Kennesaw State University.
Since beginning at David West & Associates, Jennifer has learned first-hand how to bring the most value to each individual client and looks forward to helping more people in the future.When she's not at the office, Jennifer enjoys watching basketball, baking, and experimenting with new recipes.

Where do I begin? I was beyond blessed to have David West represent me. In my time of need I was heavily supported by him and his team. The best lawyer I’ve ever worked with. He took great care of my case. I did not have to worry because I knew David West was the man for the job. They will make it happen. I am in awe. We have used Mr. West's services more times than I want to remember. Adult kids do stupid things sometimes and Mr. West helps clean up the mess. Mr. West was able to arrange good outcomes each time. Mr. West and his awesome staff kept us informed every step of the way. Once the outcome was secured, Mr. West offered words of "life advice" that were very helpful.

David West is an ok lawyer. He will promise a lot of things but will not always falls through for what he says. Think before you pay this man any money. Communication sucks so bad and it's so hard to ever get a call back. You can't even reach your him when you need to. Do your research first before hiring him as a lawyer. Also he might not even show up at your court date and have his associate fill in for him with out even telling you. So just be careful if you are considering hiring him as your lawyer.

I was a “legal unicorn” most people I called said it was dismissed but it definitely was not... I was facing felony charges and was scared... I have been in recovery for over 4 years and now help people do the same for living.
