After a successful 10 year career as a manufactures representive in the wholesale electrical business, Tim decided to make a change. In 1992 he became a California licensed realtor and joined a local RE/MAX real estate office. It was there in his first year that Tim earned recognition in the "Platinum Club", the highest sales honor awarded to achieving agents for a single year performance.
Tim and Julie will help you get pre-qualified and pre-approved for financing your new home; this is a valuable tool to have when negotiating with the seller. Their preferred lender is John Blackburn at Stratis Financial. John's financial counseling will help you select the right loan program that suits your needs.

Tim Kadletz is the absolutely the best realtor anyone could ask for. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He is trustworthy, efficient and very kind.
Moving from my home of 20 years where my kids were raised, was very difficult. Throughout the move, Tim was patient, showed me a lot of different properties and helped me choose the perfect next place to call home.

We are so happy to have bought and sold our first home and found our second family home through Tim. When selling our home he was an expert with listing the house and finding the right buyer at the right price. He always had our best interest at heart and we quickly found our next family home.
