Chris Poole is a state certified building contractor, born and raised in Clearwater, Florida.
He resides in the local area with his wife, an attorney, their two equally feisty little girls and one little man. When he isn't working on your project, he is working on his - renovating an acre and a half of overgrown property and bringing life back to a home that sat unloved for far too long. It was having grown up watching his grandfather's landscape company improve Clearwater that Chris learned the value of growing existing property.

Chris and his crew showed up on time and did quality work. They pay attention to detail and offer suggestions when asked. We are very happy with the results and have recommended them to our neighbors who complimented the work as well. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

Chris is a fine Craftsman. He is responsive to the needs of his customers, while offering quality work at a fair price. I have been fortunate to have Chris' expertise put to the test in my 95 year old home. He was able to give attention to details that I would not have even considered. Chris is quiet, thorough and cleans up the work area when the project is completed.
