Had my first visit today after searching for what seemed forever for a new dental "home" for our family. First, the online scheduling was a BREEZE! I hate calling a place to schedule and having to repeat everyone's info a million times and trying to have my calendar out and having them ask if random days/times will work. You can easily go on, select the type of visit, and see all the availability immediately. Secondly, their customer service was second to none! I have truly been pleasantly surprised by my neighborhood dentist. My appointments at Open Late Dentist could not be anymore comfortable. The staff is great! They are all very personable, available and Alex Rouse DDS is wonderful and takes what ever time is needed to explain the procedures. Even though it is in my neighborhood, I would drive the distance, if it were not.

We recently switched from a bad dentist to Open Late! With a very sceptic heart due to my last experience I went to Open Late. To my surprise it was amazing! Not only is it super cute and modern, the staff was amazing! The doctor himself did my cleaning and his assistant did the rest. They were both so cool and relatable! I’m not one who likes an up sale kind of place and let me tell you they are not that kind of place!! I seriously love this place! I can’t wait to take the rest of my family here! The staff were SO friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of issues regarding my insurance and they were so patient with me and helped get everything resolved.
