Carmen has worked in the Real Estate business for over 32 years. She started as a secretary, learning all there was to learn about the Real Estate industry. Patricia has been with Chacon Realty, LLC since 2015. Patricia has contributed a tremendous amount of office knowledge and skills assisting our Homeowners and clients.
Our company was founded in 2001 on South Padre Island. A management team you can trust, when the HOA hired Chacon Realty they have went above and beyond to make sure our properties are kept clean, financials in place, accounts kept current and always shows up to the annual meetings are very organized.

Very poor! I am a renter at a house listed with this company. Ever since this agent took over listing I was denied a lease renewal. I was given an hour notice to have my house shown. The people showed up at 6:45 pm with two unruly children running around. The next day the landlord informed me that I had turned my dogs loose on realtor and it was best that I move out. Well that was a lie. But not the only lie being told either. I had my attorney and my realtor do a walk through of home and then call realtor as if interested. She lied through her teeth about this property to both parties. Didn't

Carlos Chacon served as the property manager during my tenure as HOA Board President of Gulfpoint Condominiums (a 95-unit complex) from December 2007 through January 2012. I found Carlos to be easy to work with, efficient, consistently accurate in his bookkeeping, fiscally responsible, and quick to address issues with reasonable and affordable solutions.
