Unfortunately this place used to be one of the better dentists in the Carrollwood lutz area...
Now, all I can say is that I'm super disappointed been going here for almost 15 years, I don't know what's happened in the last few years but this place is way more corporate the patient care sucks and their professionalism is pretty much out the damn window. I highly recommend looking elsewhere

This used to be a great dentist and office to the degree that I also referred friends and others within the community. I agree with another reviewer that this dental practice was awesome a few years ago, but now it is a complete turnaround. The difference for us was with the office help and the dental assistant. Dr. Nati is still the awesome honest dentist that she used to be. The staff at the dental office has changed drastically; goodbye to the straight up, honest dentist office who got the treatment plan and patient responsibility right on the first try. Dr. Sarah Jockin just completed 2 extractions and 3 implants on me last month. Due to my fear of dentistry, I decided to have this work done in one visit (with IV sedation). Although I was not completely put to sleep, I felt no pain during the 3+ hour surgical procedure and only very little memory of the experience. The following evening Dr. Jockin personally called me to see how I was doing and answer any questions. I will receive my permanent teeth in 2 months and after several years of feeling very self conscience, I will have my smile and confidence back.

Ahhh this place was so amazing when it first opened. Everything was great! From the check in process, to the minimal wait, to being taken back to the room and asked if I wanted the massage chairs on, which channel (Netflix movie) I wanted to watch, what music in my headphones I wanted, etc. honestly it was the absolute most amazing LUXURY dentist place.....fast forward 2 years and it has become everything but nice. My appointment has been getting rescheduled almost every time, either the dentist is at available or the hygienist. There's always a reason it needs to be rescheduled. Very frustrating

After a few bad experiences with dentists and some gum problems my spouse and I wound up here on a referral from a friend. WHAT A GEM! The place is super clean and clearly run by medical professionals who truly care about patients. I can not say enough good things about the hygienists and dentist that have helped me have and maintain a healthier mouth. We have sent a few relatives here too who were having problems and they too have become permanent patients.

In responding to an ad in Tampa Bay Dental Implants magazine mailed to my home, I went to Lake Park Dental to hear my options for either partial dentures or implants. I noticed this "magazine" ONLY featured Dr. Jockin and Lake Park Dental---maybe not a magazine....but a veiled advertisement? (***1st RED FLAG.***) I responded to a Special Offer of Oral Exam...3D dental scan...consultation with doctor...discussion of treatment options..."ALL MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED!"

I have been coming to LPD since it opened several years ago. I have watched them start as a small practice to the cutting edge dental office it is today. The staff is always friendly and willing to listen. LPD also works with me because of my crazy schedules which is a big help. I highly recommend them.

Do not go here! Laser dentist lasered my gum! Never had an issue with recession! Have before, after photos! Went to their referred periodontist and he recommended replacement after putting me in a temp to get the graft. Dr Jockin, owner, would not approve this! Had to pay out of pocket to another dentist! Periodontist was shocked! Just had to get a graft! More money because of Lake Park!! Cerec material is sub-par, too! Colors are off. My new dentist will not even use Cerec!! This practice has a huge turnover - 2 dentists since August have left! Keep searching for another dentist!

Recently moved to Florida and this location was convenient to where I live. I HATE going to the dentist but Dr Patel made me feel so comfortable! The office staff is incredibly friendly and professional. You are offered a sparkling water or latte during your visit. They go out of their way to try to make you comfortable. The offices are incredibly clean as well. I highly recommend this office.

I have no problem paying for a job well done but don't tell me my insurance will reimburse me and then after I pay up front call me a month later and tell me "your insurance is denying the claim". They will say whatever it takes

So far so great! Staff is so sweet. Dr. Morganti is just raw and real...but also kind and sensitive. Sounds like an oxymoron but she's the real deal. Won't sell you that you need a ton of dental work, she really takes the time to give you a professional opinion of what really needs to be done. She's young and has a fresh look on dentistry. We're grateful we found her. Shannon (her assistant) is the sweetest ever. I adore her! She even gave me a blanket during my visit (come on now...you know how cold those doctors keep their offices! lol)

I am so happy with our experiences at Lake Park Dental! We love Dr. Morganti! My son doesn't want to go to any other dentist again...ever! My Wife, (4 daughters - 17,12,11 & 6) & I just moved to Cheval. The moved cost us over 15 thousand dollars. During the move my Crown came lose. I wasn't in the position to get a new crown. So I asked the Dentist if she would be able to put the old crown back - she recommended against it but she said she would. The Office Manager "Laura" however decided that I would have to pay $152.00 out of pocket penalty for this inconvenience. I told Laura I just moved, that I couldn't afford a new Crown. Dr Jockin and her staff are incredible. The dental office is very soothing, and relaxing. Dr Jockin is very gentle and patient and she really takes the time to explain the problem and procedure to you.
There are 2 waiting areas with comfortable chairs and one of the waiting rooms has train sets for children, so you can safely bring your children here while you get treatment.
I love that this dental practice is completely paperless. It really is truly green. Before your visit, you are asked to fill in a medical survey and privacy notice online, and at the office, Dr Jockin will go through it
