There is a very short time span available for taking newborn photos. Only the first 2 weeks of your baby's life is suitable for it! Babies will never be the same after this short time period has lapsed, i.e. so tiny, wrinkly, chubby, and sooooo sleepy:-. So make sure that you book your time slot on time, so that we can memorialize this amazing period of your baby's life for eternity!

My name is Henrietta Steigervald and I have recently relocated to this wonderful place in Sarasota, Florida, with my family, including my husband and 3 children, from a European country, Hungary. I have started my photographer career by falling in love with photography several years ago. Like other photographers, my own kids were my best inspiration to start taking photos of children.
A newborn photo shooting can only take place in the period between day 5 and day 14 of your baby's life. In this time period, babies are mostly very sleepy and tend to have a very deep sleep, so we can easily arrange them into various body postures without bothering them. Also, at this stage, they have no milk spots yet, and their tummy is less likely to hurt.
Newborn photos can be taken with several accessories, e.g. in a little bed, bowl, bucket, or blanket. In my studio you can choose from lots of props and clothes! We booked Henrietta at Ooh La La Photography for a newborn photography session in which she also took some family pics with us and our 2 year old son. I didn’t start calling photographers until a few days after my son was born and luckily she was able to fit me in for a session on the day my son was 10 days old. My parents happened to be in town that week so she was able to accommodate taking pics with them too. I was extremely impressed by Henrietta and her studio. It was very professional and she had multiple staging rooms as well as an extensive variety of adorable props and accessories. I

Henrietta took my maternity pictures so far, we are still waiting for baby to have a new born session.
As far as the maternity ones, I loved working with her and her assistant Monica, both are really delightful.
The pictures are outstanding, in love with them, I can't wait to see what our newborn session will looks like.
At the studio, they make you feel welcoming and comfortable, I had a blast actually. We also took pictures by the beach....it wasnfun working there and my boy felt comfortable with Henrietta and Monica.

Henrietta did a fantastic job with my newborn photos, she handled my baby very gently and took a ton of photos! Her studio is very clean and big. She keeps it very warm for the baby so be sure to dress accordingly.
I am in love with all of the photos and I’ve been getting tons of compliments on them. I definitely recommend Henrietta to take your newborn photos, you will cherish them forever.
