Let me introduce myself, I am Dr. Colin Tkachuk and I love helping other people become healthier. Why don't we start with one of the reasons I became a Chiropractor. In 1994 I became an R.N. graduating with my bachelors of science in nursing and soon thereafter began working on a cardio-thoracic unit.
Non-Surgical Spinal Disc Decompression Therapy using our KDT Decompression table is a safe and alternative treatment designed to help relieve your back, neck, disc bulges, disc herniations, disc degeneration or referral pain such as sciatica. Clinical studies of non-surgical spinal decompression therapy are reporting that a high percentage of patients show significant reduction of pain.
One of our primary goals is to educate our community about the benefits of chiropractic. A very effective way to do this is by offering a no charge consultation to all new patients. The informational visit lasts about 15 minutes, and gives us an opportunity to explain chiropractic and to see if you are a chiropractic candidate.
Chiropractic care is different. It is this difference that offers new ways to get well and stay well. You'll meet the doctor after filling out some brief paper work that can be printed off online describing you and your health history. We offer this initial consultation so we can both get to know one another.

Dr Tkachuk and team really listen to me and can pin point the exact location of my pain. We work together to improve my overall health with at home exercises and adjustments. The massage therapist do a great job working to relax any tense muscles and also recommend stretches. I would highly recommend Optimum Chiropractic & Wellness!
