I have been a client of Shawn’s for years. My go-to there is Patty Aufschlag because she is so knowledgeable, extremely helpful and responds right away. We had a small house fire 2 years ago and her service and expertise helped me navigate the claims process with ease. She was there for me no matter what I needed — especially stepping in as liaison between myself and State Farm when I was waiting for payments and wasn’t getting anywhere on my own. I hope she never leaves!

My family and I have been with State Farm since we got married 19 years ago! I stay with State Farm because I get the professionalism, the work ethic, the incredibly fast response to needs. I've been told over and over by others to get a quote from other insurance providers for a "better" rate. I haven't and I know I may pay a little bit more but the service I get and the amazing people who work at Sean Velez office is impeccable. That my friends is why I stay!!!

Blake from state farm was an excellent agent. I never once had any issues with this agent on the case. He is friendly yet very professional. He always gave us the best quotes for our policies.
