In regards to the Cory Spohn situation. This is not the same company that allowed that employee to say racist remarks about Kobe Bryant. I'm giving 5 stars based on the fact people got the wrong company. Come on yall... that company is based in Michigan and has since removed their google business profile leaving others with the same name to come under defense for absolutely nothing. Sorry sellers .... on behalf of the african American community. Kudos for handling it professional!

If you are thinking or planning to sell your home in the Clinton Tennessee area beware of Sellers Realty.
After months of inadequate support, lack of showings, constant calls to get feedback, hundreds to thousands of dollars spent making updates to the home at their request and a reduction in asking price ended with NO real prospects of selling the home.
An attempt was made to terminate the contract due to having a possible renter. That fell thru as well. After receiving a document from Bobbi Sellers, owner of Sellers Realty, of which I assumed this was a termination letter

My wife and I just got done selling our house and buying a new one and with Joey's help at Seller's Realty, it was an awesome experience. Joey took our search requirements and came back with homes we wanted to see so we didn't waste our time. Everything was handled professionally and it made us feel comfortable throughout the process knowing we had someone watching out for our best interests.
