Mike and his team were terrific. Mike came over looked at our house and went over the selling price with us. The amount he thought we could get for the house felt perfect. He gave us some pointers to add some curb appeal but nothing to crazy. We had the house under contract super fast. The team helped us through the process and take care of any paperwork and process that goes along with selling the house. Oh after all this their commission only 1% can’t get that anywhere else. Thanks again.
