The original practice was founded in Charlotte almost 30 years ago. Emily Fisher, Principal and Business Advisor of Fisher, P.A. transitioned into the public accounting world in 2007 from a corporate finance career and an entrepreneurial period in the wine and food world.
A succession plan was in place for the existing practice and in October of 2014 Emily transitioned into her next career path building a certified public boutique accounting firm for the future.Fisher, P.A. a boutique accounting firm in Charlotte has expanded and defined its Business Advisory services in addition to our expertise in personal, corporate, partnership and estate tax services.

Emily Fisher is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina. She received her Masters of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has studied both Accounting and Finance and International Business at UNCC and the University of North Carolina Wilmington, respectively.

I called to this office to get my small biz on track with taxes. I asked the young lady if I could schedule a consultation and she said it was 325 to speak with Emily and it’s free to become a client. I asked her what does that mean and she basically just repeated the same thing and asked if I had any questions. Why not provide more helpful information on why it’s necessary to speak to Emily or not so that a potential client can decide the best route. You can tell when someone just wants to get off the phone and has no interest in providing direction.

I came to Fisher, P.A. for assistance with my individual tax return. I have filed on my own in the past but had an especially complicated situation this year.
