I manage a small apartment complex and had a large leak spread between 2 units - We called Tim and he was on site inspecting the situation within 2 hours. He followed up his visit with a written estimate by the end of the day and was prepared with crew to get started on the work within the next few days. His response was on point and his crew has shown up daily, ready to work and get this project done. Dealing with renters is a delicate situation and timely, swift action is necessary.
