Services
Both my spouse and I were very pleased with the quality of service, great communication and customer service we received recently from not only Mr. Hanson. Seth, Amy, and Chris were all so supportive through this process. They explained everything thoroughly. They have awesome customer service, response time, and were very diligent and patient with our 1001 questions.
Chris has lived in Placer County his entire life, spending his childhood in the Granite Bay, Loomis and Rocklin area while going to school. Chris graduated from Del Oro High School in 2012 and from Sierra College in 2016, with an Associate's Degree in English. During school, Chris wrote for a handful of local publications such as the Loomis News, Roseville Tribune and Granite Bay View.
Kristin has worked for the law office since 2010 as a legal assistant for Chapter 7 and 13 cases. She has worked both in the office and remotely over the years while she completed her degree. She currently works remotely while she cares for her young family. Kristin strives for excellence and precision in life and especially in work.
The most common types of personal bankruptcy are Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. In general, people who have no disposable income and cannot afford to pay back any of their creditors may file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. On a basic level, Chapter 13 bankruptcy is used by people who have disposable income and can afford to pay back some of their debt.
We've helped hundreds of individuals in Roseville file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Individuals may file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy to eliminate their unsecured debts, such as credit card debt, medical bills, payday loans, and personal loans. One advantage of Chapter 7 bankruptcy is that the process usually only takes three to four months.

I am writing on behalf of the law office of Seth Hanson. Seth and his staff were absolutely amazing! I couldn't ask for a better representation while filling for bankruptcy. His staff including Andrew and Chris were always so helpful and set my mind at ease during this difficult time. I would recommend their services to anyone. I'd like to close by saying thank you!

The ease of the entire process was so amazing, everyone was on top of it all of the time whether it was answering my endless questions, getting my petition ready or making me feel as comfortable as possible. When we were at the meeting of creditors everything went so smooth because all of the paperwork and things were in place. I also had a ton of questions that everyone was able to help answer. I highly recommend them if someone is going to have to go through bankruptcy! My aunt has actually been in contact with Seth per my recommendation, absolutely hands down the best place to go
