Moore earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Arizona College of Law, graduating cum laude from the College of Law.
If you are considering divorce, the first step is consulting with a qualified divorce attorney. When you are ready to proceed, your attorney will help you prepare the initial divorce petition. The petition will inform the court and the other party how your property should be divided and whether you or your spouse is entitled to spousal maintenance (alimony).
A legal separation is just like a divorce, except that the parties remain legally married. In a legal separation, your financial assets will be divided, spousal maintenance (alimony) may be ordered, and if you have children, custody and child support will be established. You may seek a legal separation if you want to be financially separate from your spouse, or if you desire to live separate and apart.
In Arizona, the term custody is actually a misnomer. Arizona refers instead to legal decision-making and parenting time. Legal decision-making involves major life decisions about medical, educational and religious issues for your child. Parenting time refers to the amount of time the child spends with each parent.
In Arizona, child support is calculated using the Arizona Child Support Guidelines. These guidelines are based on each party's gross income, the amount of parenting time the children spend with each parent, and other factors such as insurance costs and childcare expenses. Although the guidelines are based on a mathematical formula, they are complex and often require court intervention to determine the correct amount.

Taylor is a nice guy/attorney always looking to get two parents on the same page - however it is only beneficial if you are looking to pay for a 'nice guy" legal services verses someone who can actually demand expediency and have authority in any matter. I chose to go with Guymon Law because there were recommended by the Aurit Center for Mediation. The firm appears incapable of establishing proper attorney - client expectations. I would be told that communication would go out by end of week and then 9 days go by without any word.

Hired this person and didn't have a right in the world with my daughter. She took my retainer fee, and others, to show up in court, and cram for a test, frantically paging through the info I gave her over the course of months. She asked me basic background questions that she should have known 2 months previous. I suppose if you have enough money to throw at her, she may make an effort. I lost dearly because she was unprepared. She will say that I had to work towards graduated visitation. What is her excuse for my child not even allowed to have my last name and absolutely NO legal parenting rights

I used Guymon Law a few years ago to assist processing my divorce. Amber and her staff were always so friendly whenever I needed to come into the office. They were all very responsive to my emails and kept me informed of every step they took to help process my divorce. Guymon Law was recommended to me when my previous overtly aggressive attorney was no longer performing in a way that I felt was appropriate in my Divorce case. Amber was able to walk the line of genuinely respectful to the Court and aggressive (though civil) with the opposing Counsel, with the resultant Court Orders in my favor, wrapping up a 2 year very messy Divorce in short order. Amber and her Team were consistently professional, prepared, timely, kind but firm, and genuinely cared about my case. I would recommend Guymon Law any day of the week for Divorce and Custody matters.

Amber Guymon. UGH! I don't think I have the words to describe her incompetence. Definitely go see her, though. Make her your first stop if you need a lawyer. Get her advice and her thoughts on strategy moving forward. THEN, go see a good, reputable attorney and make sure he or she does the exact opposte of what Ms. Guymon would have done. My experience was a little different than most that have reviewed her. I retained Amber to help with adoption proceedings for my husband to adopt my two boys. She made the process very simple for us by having everything organized and prepared for us. We just had to come in and sign the initial forms, then meet her at the courthouse when the official date came. This was a very exciting and emotional time for our whole family. In the world of attorney's normally the thought would first go to "Shark Tank" LOL! But in this case the only words I can describe are professional, caring, kind and totally giving. Her priority was helping me solve my problem and not the usual, how much per hour and the normal attorney/big ego.
