Unless otherwise requested all appraisal orders will be sent via.pdf format to the client's e-mail address indicated on the order form. Please note that we ask our clients to use our fee schedule as a guide only when quoting fees to customers. We reserve the right to impose an additional fee(s) for complex properties and properties located outside of our normal area of service.
