I made a huge mistake trusting Kathy Wells employed by century 21. I’m still regretting that decision. If you are a seller, you will have no worries. However, if you a buyer with a $100,000 - 130,000 price range please run from her and anyone that works for Century 21 in London, KY.
IF you decide to do business with either of these women as buyer agents check to see if the listing agent on the property you are interested in works for Century 21 too. If you do check and discover Amanda Houser employed by Century 21 listed the property you want walk away or better yet run.
Just find someone else
