The entire staff is professional, attentive, courteous and responsive. They are completely organized, each visit will be smooth. Everyone knows their role and does it well. My favorite hygienist is Miranda. She is thorough and friendly, her manner is warm and welcoming. She’s professional and genuine. My teeth feel and look the best after seeing Miranda.

I was given an appointment very quickly after I told them the issues I was having as compared to another place that I had an appointment for two weeks later. They talked me through everything which surprised me because the last dentist and assistants barely spoke to me. They were kind and patient with me throughout the entire process including billing and were able to treat me same day which I am so thankful for.

Very good visit. Samantha did a great job putting me at ease from the start. I had a bicuspid, with a very old crown, that had broken off with most of the tooth still in the crown. I was afraid I would have to see an oral surgeon but Dr. C was able to remove the rest of the tooth. Totally Painlessly, I didn't feel a thing. We worked out a treatment plan at a cost I could afford. I look forward to the following visits until all are completed. I will be getting a new smile! I recommend West Columbia Family Dentistry and will review the final results. Thanks to Samantha and Dr. C!!

After a very BAD childhood experience, I have always been terrified of dentists to the point that I have developed severe anxiety. But, when I arrived for an emergency procedure front desk staff greeted me with nothing but concern, and care. My dentist and her assistant were both excellent in performing work while keeping me calm, and making me feel comfortable. More than pleased with my overall experience.

I've been going here for several years for regular cleanings and the very occasional tooth issue. All of the dental hygienists I have seen are very good at their jobs and they always have a pleasant disposition. Dr. Owens is the dentist I see and she has always been very good to explain issues and make sure I am comfortable with anything they are doing. I will continue to go here in the future and if you are in need of a dentist in the area, I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Absolutely love this practice. Have been going for numerous years, with gaps (no pun intended) due to insurance changes. Always polite, and courteous staff! Office is nice and very clean. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Katie, hygienist, who was amazing! Hope to see her again when I return next week!
