We had our insurance with Brett’s predecessor and were just handed over to him. Wish we’d of had a choice. He was a great agent at first but he made A LOT of promises to our family. He talked about offering one of our kids an internship. When our kid called, he either never returned the call or told our kid he’d get back and never did. I think Brett is an overgrown boy and is not responsible at all. We took our business elsewhere. He obviously holds a grudge and cannot speak to people one on one to explain things. We are so much happier with the attention we get now.
