We had the pleasure of renting a house for over a year with Inspire. The team was very helpful and profession. Karen, Jessie, and Taylor (as well as everyone else there) addressed all our questions prior to signing the rental agreement. While renting, the system to report issues and pay rent worked very well. It is a very user friendly interface. The team can still be reached by phone when needed. When maintenance was needed they were fast to act. We had a great time renting from them and would recommend for anyone interested to rent in the area to look to Inspire first!

We move back to CA from Indiana. The staff here went above and beyond to find my family an affordable place, within our budget and met all our needs, to live. Finding a rental is always a challenge, but they made it easy. They have fixed or addressed all issues we found immediately, and without hassle.

After dealing with a difficult long-term renter situation which was drawing to a close, I knew that the challenges we were about to encounter were going to be more of a burden/stress that I could take on as a property owner, so I started looking for solutions.

Thankfully, I met Karen and Taylor at Inspire Real Estate who have stepped in and seamlessly handled the closing-out of our lease with that tennant despite several confounding factors. I had the opportunity to rent a beautiful and spacious home during my 3 year stay in the 29 Palms area. Spacious properties are pretty hard to come by, but they didn't disappoint with the property based on my requested needs. The staff from the Inspire Realty Company were friendly and courteous from day one. There were regular visits annually for maintenance and upkeep with no extra costs and if I ever had an issue, noticed they were very responsive and addressed my needs quickly. If ever I have to return to the area to stay, I will certainly return to Inpsire Realry for my housing needs

We recently found ourselves unexpectedly owning a home in 29 palms. As an out of state owner I have been extremely impressed with this firm. We have other properties in another state and can say they are the best property management firm I've worked with. Taylor has gone above and beyond handling all the details and repairs needed in a timely and professional manner. We had many unexpected repairs and surprises and she was s life saver. The house was listed for one day and rented the next. I would highly recommend.

They do not check in on the people that may be renting your home . If you're looking for security as a home owner go elsewhere

My Fiancé and I were renting in the low desert and the home owner decided to sell the house. We were frantic that we wouldn't find a place in time and having two children made us even more anxious. We made an appointment and met with Jill at the property. She was very helpful and gave us the low down on the area and where the parks were and all of that good stuff. She then took us to a second property to look at but we had our hearts set on the first one. She was very helpful! Inspire was amazing with in a month we were able to get things fixed and repaired. And not like Mickey Mouse fixed. Like really really fixed. This company is great. Wonderful Selling Experience

Julie Bruley was the Inspire realtor who helped us sell our house. Julie is beyond helpful. She truly understands the real estate market in our area. Julie was incredible to work with, as she explained every step of the process of selling our house and made it easy to do. Her professional photographer took amazing pics of our house and she did a wonderful job with the listing information and home description. Once our home was listed, she had prospective buyers coming often. Our house got an offer and was sold in two weeks!!

I am both a renter and an owner of two rental homes and I utilize Inspire for both services.

Initially I lived in one of my homes and rented out the other on my own. I wanted to move to another nearby town, as a renter- to a house with a pool.
