We loved working with Chris! He made it feel extremely natural and not weird in any way. He even managed to capture photos with 2 dogs looking at the camera which we thought would be impossible. Loved working with him overall and would recommend him for any sort of family/portrait work!

I couldn’t recommend Chris more. He was very professional, knowledgeable of the Nashville area, and the family photos that were captured turned out amazing. We visited Nashville from out of state and he knew the perfect places to go with the best lighting and back drops. He made us feel comfortable and gave easy directions to capture our large group. We are so happy with the quality of the photos and the timing of getting them back.

We had the best experience with Christopher McCarthy photography. We had a 7 month old and a dog and he still managed to get beautiful pictures. He suggested an area in Nashville and knew exactly where to go to get gorgeous photos. I would highly recommend him for your photography needs!

I found Chris online when searching for a photographer to capture the moment of when I popped the question to my girlfriend. Chris was amazing! We had a couple of phone calls prior to the big day and he stepped me through all of the details. Chris did a phenomenal job of capturing the raw emotion of the big event. We hired Chris to take our engagement photos and he did SUCH a incredible job! He helped us pick a lovely location in the Nashville area and made us feel really comfortable during the shoot by chatting with us, playing great music, and being super encouraging - a huge help since I get very awkward in front of a camera.
He had great ideas for getting some beautiful shots, made it all really fun and easy, and didn't keep us waiting to see how well it turned out. We received a ton of gorgeous photos within just a few days of the shoot. I can't wait to share them with everyone we know and it's going
