Hired Cypress Outdoor Builders to do multiple projects: Siding on House, Garage, flooring, and a complete rebuild of the backyard fence. Charlie and his team did an excellent job, the work was done on time with no issues what so ever. The work is exceptional and it still looks brand new. Very reasonable prices as well, we will definitely be using Cypress Outdoor Builders to redo our decking in the back yard ( our largest project to date) and I'm positive the experience will be like the last four, exceptional.

I have put in several fences in my lifetime but this one by far was the best! We hired Charlie because of all the great NextDoor app reviews to replace one side of our fence, but once he finished, we new the other side had to be done too! It’s absolutely beautiful with a natural cedar stain, high quality lumber and a decorative top. He uses all screws instead of nails for extra longevity. Charlie was very quick to respond to all of our phone calls and texts. He was very pleasant and professional to work with, simply the best in my book. Would definitely recommend using him without any reservation

Charlie called me and left a message he would be at my home the next day at 1pm.
I called to verify and left a voicemail as it was before business hours.
Never got a call back from good ole Charlie. He completely ghosted me. Never called back to say he couldn't make it. Never called to reschedule.
I would not recommend Charlie for any work, as he has proven himself to be unreliable and untrustworthy.
It's a shame because I had more than a little fence work I wanted repaired.

Cypress outdoor builders just completed a 900 sqft deck for our back yard July 2018. We completely renovated our new home and hired many of contractors. The entire experience with Charlie and Cypress Outdoor Builders was amazing! Charlie met with us to discuss our patio. Then we received a video “fly-around” of our new patio in 3D!... we adjusted a few things to fit our budget and he sent us a new model. After we signed the paperless contract Charlie took over and in 17 days we had our dream patio. The cedar is amazing, the dark stain with the light ceiling boards contrast just like we wanted. Charlie’s crew were very professional, and their craftsmanship is second to none. I highly recommend Cypress Outdoor Builders!!!
