Yolanda was the one that processed me into State farm. SHE WAS ON TOP OF IT! Amazing follow through and was able to answer numerous questions I had. She was patient, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeable. She did her best in giving me the best deal for my insurance and got them done quickly. Thank you. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.

Wow! I don't have many experiences with Insurance Agents doing business face to face but Yolanda's knowledge just made my visit to her office worth it. I already had other quote and i wanted to compare apples to apples and YES she was able to explain the main differences and I'm glad i took the time to go see her (and Edy). Gracias!

Yolanda is a pleasure to work with! Communication is fantastic and she is always responsive to emails/calls when questions arise. She really is a great problems solver and very thorough to proactively work on issues before they come up or requests info up front so she has more of a complete picture of my needs. Highly recommend especially when time is critical.
