In 2006, after a combined 15 years experience in broadcast art direction and live sporting event freelancing, Gilbert Chavarria and Patty Aleman founded Fuzzy Red Panda (FRP). They started with a handful of regional sports clients creating full in-stadium / in-arena motion graphics as well as news station affiliates broadcast graphics packages.

Fuzzy Red Panda is probably one of the coolest, if not the coolest, tech company in El Paso. They do Web Design, Print/Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics. Video Production, and Branding/Identity for sports related media and other media. They work with professional sports teams like the Cincinnati Reds. They created this thing called "Team Infographics" which allows College and Professional sports teams to create automated infographics by simply inputting stats for a game and hitting "create." It's pretty darn awesome that a company in El Paso is doing this kind
