The worst customer service!! When I called them out on my issue which I was not rude about just said I have brought the tire back once already and was rudely told well did you run over something I said I wouldn’t know but that I didn’t appreciate the amount of time you wait for a tire to be fixed get ready for about 2 hours. Then I said ok thank you and he slammed the phone down.

Unprofessional don’t go here.. I come in at 6:30 to have a spare thrown on my truck and you have 4 guys just standing around. One grabs the manager and he says yeah we can’t do that the compressor is already turned off, what a joke. I’m sure if I was buying tires they would have thrown them on no questions. They had plenty of time before close to help me put my spare on but refused service. Y’all have lost any of my future business or word of mouth.. I would definitely recommend going to Ernies Tire in Weatherford. Great customer service and got me taken care of while I was in a bind.

Most definitely would do anything to get my tire work done here . As a traveling family and in desperate need to fix a 1 1/2 inch gash in my tear they fixed me up and made me feel comfortable finishing my 9 1/2 hour trip home ! Tho I would have bought a brand new tire they don’t carry by size (not a lot of people do.) Everyone was friendly and nice and very honest with me . Definitely would go here in a second! I Would drive the extra mile !!

I've been doing things I normally do not do because of my husband's stroke in January. He asked me to take a blown tire and rim; and have them replace it with a new tire, that I also brought. It's a very busy place; but even so, very quickly I was asked what I needed. They pulled both the old tire and new tire out of the car for me. They finished the tire that same day. They were quick, efficient and extremely polite. Which is a very hard thing to find nowadays.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE THAN TEXAS TIRES!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. My father and I went in to Texas Tires at 5pm asking if we could get our tires replaced. Blake, the man working the front desk, said “yes.” Since my father and I believed we could get my tires replaced we decided to sit outside. HOWEVER, Blake completely forgot about us coming in and let my father and I sit outside for around an hour. I haven’t used Texas Tire Sales in about 10 years & thought I would give them a try. Took a truck in with screw in the tire. Waited over hour & half for the repair while I watched others come in & get lawnmower & wheel barrel tires fixed. When the truck was done I watch the shop guy try to back the truck out of the shop but it wouldn’t move. The rear end of the truck was still in the air.

Best service ever. Called and told them about a tire going flat due to a screw in it. Blake told me it was a 20 minute wait. Got there and they immediately took it back. Fixed everything, checked the other tires. Had a great conversation with another person waiting for service. 20 minutes later car was ready. How much do I owe you? Don't worry about it. WOW I'll keep going back.

First off I wanna say that my husband grew up in Weatherford and he's been using Texas Tire for the past 8 years. They have put tires on every truck my husband has ever owned. This is not including all of he business the rest of his family gives Texas Tire as well, over the years. This is not just for tires, we bought our front end replacement bumper from them as well.

I went in today frantic from a flat tire, with three shoeless kids in the car because life always happens when you least expect it. These guys had me in and out within 15 minutes, even rotating the tires, for me. At the end of it all, they wouldn't let me pay for the repair and told me to have a great day. It's almost shocking to have customer service like this today, but I can assure you everyone I know will hear of the amazing service I received today and I'll never go to another tire shop. The best in weatherford!! Had a blown serpentine belt on my volvo. From start to finish could not have asked for better service. They bent over backwards to work with me. Very fair price for the difficult work that has to be done. Allowed me to pay over the phone and all the work was done within a couple of hours on a Saturday. Just cannot express how appreciative i am for everything. Thank you Texas tire will not trade anywhere else for my vehicles from now on

These guys are top notch. Was at lowes at 550 pm last night and realized i had a large screw in back tire. I called and Dewayne said he'd wait for me as they close at 6 pm. Got there at 6 and they got right on it and fixed tire. Had another issue as a result next day and had to stop at their other location in ft worth (viper auto$) on camp bowie and las vegas tr. They were equally friendly and went over and above. I will be using these locations for tires and other work in the future.

Went here to get a wheel alignment. My car is a Hyundai Genesis which, as we discovered, has some limitations on the alignment process. Because of this limitation they had to replace a front strut. That was just the beginning. After that it required repetitive full four wheel alignments. The shop (specifically Dwight) was willing to do whatever was necessary to get this done right. All I can say is this organization did a great job and I am totally satisfied. Don't pass up the opportunity for this shop to service your vehicle.

Traveling from out of town, when our car blew an engine. We thought we needed four reasonably priced tires to put on a car that we thought was going to go to donation when we got the news that the warranty is going to replace the engine. Pricey, decent custom service, and horrible seating for the wait area. It's like sitting on the floor, it's that uncomfortable.
Probably won't be returning. Walked in and asked how long an oil change will take. He said we can get you in 10-15 minutes. Okay, that's not bad. So all together I was expecting a 30-45 min wait time. NOPE. An hour and half later. Garage is empty and there are some workers standing around twiddling their thumbs.
