We started work with Dave in the spring of 2019 to remodel our two bathrooms. Three months later we were happy to have Dave and his team come back and remodel our other two bathrooms. Given these two big projects that Dave has done for us, here are a few things we wanted to share about him and his work:
Talented and well rounded: Dave is a general contractor, and he can basically do all kinds of jobs, including electric, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and so on. The quality of work can't be beat.
Reasonably priced: Dave's quotes are very reasonable and affordable. His invoices are

Dave remodeled our entire kitchen (all cabinets, countertops, sink, plumbing, and appliances), installed new laminate flooring throughout, painted the interior and exterior of our house, and many other miscellaneous repairs that we added on, once he started the job.
He is truly a full service Contractor, in some cases, he did all the legwork in finding options for us as well. He was so easy to work with, honest, efficient, professional, and very knowledgable in all areas of construction. His contract and invoicing were very organized too.

David has been helping me for the past two years in maintaining as well as upgrading various items and fixtures in the home, including patching up water damage, adding shelves to a storage room, and replacing the shower unit in my Master bathroom.
Most recently he replaced my upper level balcony and the deck by the pool--all done in 11 working days - from demolishing to completion including painting, dumping and clean up!! And the cost was very close to his estimate. Friends and neighbors looked at the job were amazed with the quality of work. In addition, he gave me a detailed list of materials
