Second time using Ferguson Tire. Bought a used truck and the dealership was supposed to align the truck. Actually made it worse. Ferguson's found & fixed the problem and was at a very affordable price! Techs called with updates and confirmed before moving forward with parts that needed purchased. A+ service!

Bogus repairs. Run away. They will steal your good money with BOGUS REPAIRS. Unbeknownst to me, I had a bent rim. Besides having the tires balanced and aligned, they replaced sway bars, brakes and and control arms. I paid and complained three days later because I was still experiencing pulling to the left and a lot of vibrations. The response I got was its another problem like the Ball Joints. I have bought tires and have had other Bogus repairs done here in the past. NEVER AGAIN.

Went here over a week ago to have my new car inspected … was inspected two weeks before in Pennsylvania) everything worked fine when I went in there ! Guy came and got me after 40 mins and told me my car had been rejected due to a blown right high beam and all my tint on windows had to be removed which is incorrect the back windows can be as dark as you want . Come to find out when I get home to check my high beams that my fuse had been taken out !!!!! As I said before my lights worked perfectly fine when I took it there .! But someone decided to take out my fuse 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve been using Ferguson Tire for many years. That came to an end yesterday. I carried tires to be installed at the end of July and I was charged $16.50 a tire for mounting balancing and disposal. Yesterday my wife carried in four winter tires to be installed and had an oil change done and my bill was $185. I called Ferguson and the explanation I got was that if you bring in new tires the price is $32.50 a tire. I’m not sure why you feel the need to do this but you just lost a long time customer. I called several other tire shops in the area and was quoted between 16 and $22 a tire for installation

RIP-OFF, Beware if you bought your tires online or somewhere else CHEAPER because Ferguson Tire will PUNISH YOU for not buying from them.. They will charge you the ridiculous amount of $35 per tire to mount and balance.. Each Tire.. Why?, because they didn't sell them to you and they need to make up for there LOSS of the sale... GREEDY A$$E$! So if you're anyone who likes to Save Money, and you bought your tires for Half the price they sell them for DON'T TAKE THEM HERE TO GET MOUNTED BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! !

I spent $600 on new tires that weren't balanced correctly. I didn't notice until I got on the highway. It was shaking horribly as soon as I got over 50mph. I had to go back and wait an additional 40 minutes for them to fix it. Normally I don't mind waiting but not a single employee I saw had a mask on. On top of the blatant disregard for public health, I never even so much as received a "sorry for the inconvenience".

I took 4 tires there to be mounted and balanced. I was charged $149 to mount and balance the 4 tires which was about twice what most people charge. Based on that one can only conclude they must be burying that amount in their pricing when they both sell and mount the tires. They were a big disappointment, especially in a depressed area that could certainly use competitive businesses. I would not take a vehicle there again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Not satisfied with customer service! I wouldn't say all the people who work there are bad, but the front customer service is for the most part, unprofessional, unfriendly and/or rude. I will not take any vehicles there again. I actually have tires under warranty with this place and due to the lousy service I've decided to pay someone else for tire rotations. Last time I visited for a repair on a leaky tire, John at the front counter was rude to me when I questioned why I was being charged for the repair since I bought the hazard warranty. Fortunately there was someone else there

Employees of Ferguson have been instructed to kill and maim cats on the property, and and even off the property. They are bragging that it is their right to do so, given its private property.
Animal abuse is a felony is all 50 States.
The cats have been run over by cars, poisoned, beaten, and had battery acid poured on them.
The employees find this amusing.
Litters of kittens have been left parent less, and need bottle feeding by volunteers
