The firm that is now Coulter & Justus, P.C. began in the 1930's in Knoxville, Tennessee. From the 1950's to 1993, the firm was the Knoxville office of the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. In 1993, Ernst & Young partners, Sam Coulter and Ron Justus, acquired the Knoxville practice that became Coulter & Justus, P.C.
Coulter & Justus has cultivated an exceptional foundation built on values and experience over its 27-year history. Development of chart of accounts & financial reports used for internal management purposes. Coulter & Justus offers litigation support services to both defendants and plaintiffs. These services include forensic accounting, lost profits calculations and forensic investigations. Our staff includes several Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs) and CPAs certified in financial forensics (CFFs).
