I would like to express my appreciation to the Rome, Arata, Baxley law firm. They did a wonderful job handling my case. I was injured due to defective equipment on a engine. After months of physical therapy, neck and back injections, neck surgery, it was determine I could not work as a locomotive engineer again. Bristol Baxley proved the railroad was at fault. I was injured badly while performing my duties with the railroad as an Engineer, as I left the property for the last time inside an ambulance. I can tell you first hand that at that moment you really need a person to take control of the situation so you, and your family's future doesn't spiral out of control. The railroad at that very instant does everything they can do to perform damage control, and protect their bottom line. The staff is professional direct and on top of it. after I was hurt the name and number i was given multiple times was this offices and I am glad that i went forward with it.
