My journey to becoming a chiropractor in Florence began when I was very young. I was fortunate to be brought up by parents that were chiropractic patients. So when I suffered an head and neck injury when I was seven years old, my parents brought me to their chiropractor. I was nervous and a little fearful but my pain disappeared with my very first adjustment!
I was amazed and so impressed with chiropractic that I decided to become a chiropractor myself. My passion for helping people reach their wellness goals and experience true health through scientifically based chiropractic principles has never been greater. Florence chiropractor Dr. Mark Buckles has been delivering quality chiropractic care to the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky community since 1994. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.
Randy Fuller is our office manager and soft tissue rehab specialist. He has over 20 years experience in the chiropractic field and has been a personal trainer for over 25 years. He loves helping people improve their health and wellness. My name is Becky Deters. I am a licensed and nationally certified Massage Therapist.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.

Being new to the area, I was referred to Total Care to address issues I have been having with my neck and back. I must say that I'm EXTREMELY impressed with every aspect of my experience there. Dr. Buckles helped me address issues I have had for years which I had no idea were connected in any way to my back problems! The entire team was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very nervous going in, as I am with any doctor, but within minutes I felt totally comfortable. Everyone I met with listened to all of my concerns, and didnt rush me...and took the time to explain everything

I’ve been to other chiropractors and always left in more pain than when I came into their office. Then, I heard about Total Care Chiropractic through one of my co-workers. She swore by them. On my very first visit, I was not only impressed, I was hooked. I see Dr. Buckles for my chiropractic care, Randy for deep tissue/trigger release and Amy for my massages. I’ve been coming here for years now. I can honestly say I get better pain relief when I see all three of them. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Theresa and the entire staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend

I have been seeing Dr Buckles and Randy for 3 years. They are both amazing and have really helped me a great deal! I started getting regular massages from Amy about a year ago and what a difference that makes! She is very good at what she does. The entire staff is great! Teresa and Tasha will always greet you with a smile and help in any way they can!
