Brigantine Beach, New Jersey is a residential community just north of Atlantic City and is an island bounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Brigantine Inlet, Absecon Inlet and inland waterways. The name "Brigantine" came from a type of 1600s ship; perhaps one of the first of over three hundred vessels wrecked on the notorious offshore shoals - during a two hundred year period.

I recently called the Keller Williams office Atlantic Shore in Brigantine New Jersey. I asked to speak to Joseph Musumeci who was the listing agent. He was not in the office and within minutes he had called me from the road and asked if I would like a tour of the island. I was overwhelmed with his knowledge of Brigantine and his outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend working with Joe in this market. I truly look forward to doing many more deals.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Contacted an agent who turfed me to another at the office to take my $400,000 plus listing and he never even followed with his promise to get back after driving by the house. I figured I'd let the owner of the realty company know but he never called me back either?!
