I would not go back to this dental office. Nowhere in the numerous times I was required to confirm my appointment did they say if you took a covid test you couldn’t be seen. I am in the process of getting a pre emotive covid test to let anyone know who cares to know for Xmas gatherings, as I have no symptoms, have never gotten a covid test, and thought with the omicron surge, I would be doing the right thing to get a covid test. Had I known they wouldn’t see me. I just would not have gotten a covid test! Now I will not be able to use my second insurance visit by the end of this year since they

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care provided by Dr. Emory. Her and her hygienist April, took excellent care of me while I was in the office for additional work that I needed. I originally had another dentist at Sage look at the tooth that needed work in late August who assured me I didn’t need to worry. When Dr. Emory looked at new X-rays in October, she recommended that I move forward with a crown to save the tooth. I knew I was in good hands when I heard her say it was, “almost perfect”. Thanks to her eye to detail, my tooth looks great and my mouth feels so much better.

I went here for a cleaning and X-rays because of their deal for new patients and was told I had 3 new cavities. I was pretty upset by this since I’d never had any before. I decided to get a second opinion with my usual dentist who’s opinion I trust. He found no cavities and spots they had missed during the cleaning. If I hadn’t gotten a second opinion, I would have had 3 healthy teeth drilled.
I also noticed every person ahead of me booked appointments for a filling which I heard while waiting for my appointment to begin. I wouldn’t trust this dental office. If they diagnose you with something

I was a client of this dental practice for years, when it belonged to another dentist who retired and sold his practice. The people he originally sold to were good dentists and hygienists, but at some point everyone I knew left and when I showed up it was like a different business. No one bothered to tell me anything about what happened, everyone working there seemed unhappy and unfriendly, and I eventually changed dentists. When I did, I called and asked them to transfer my dental records to the new dentist, and they told me they couldn't do it because of "technical incompatibility". I work in

I am very upset and disappointed with this practice. I came as a new patient for a routine checkup with some discomfort near my right jaw. I received an extensive treatment plan that included many procedures. In order to schedule a Treatment they request a $50.00 cancellation fee that is refundable or deducted from the actual treatment. The cancellation fee can only be reimbursed by check in the mail 6 weeks later. This was not disclosed upon payment. I decided to receive a second opinion the Dr. Did not see the extent of treatments medically necessary mostly replacing a few faulty fillings. I

Boulder Sage Dental is full of awesome, upbeat, knowledgeable, professional Dental technicians and Dentists. The front desk is warm and friendly, and easily finding insurance-accounts, etc.
My cleaning was amazing and Renee was the best. Dr. Emery is a talented Dentist and just a super nice, happy, communicative human. Talk about girl power! The rest of my family-daughter, son and husband now have appointments this month. So great-highly recommend.

In general I have good experiences here. Our dental hygienist Carolen is the best. Today 8/4/21, I had a very bad experience with the receptionist Megan. There were problems with my insurance and she was extremely rude. She added more stress than needed to a stressful situation. Otherwise, everything has been great with you guys over the years.

Wonderful staff and quality care! Dr. Pratt, Caroline, and Paige are all very kind and knowledgeable. I was scheduled at late notice, even while they are very busy and had to come back for some fillings. They still saw me same day and the whole procedure was super easy and took less than 45 min. I’m happy to say I will be coming back for routine care!
