Phases Accounting has been in business since 1983. We expanded to Phases Business Management 5 years ago to better describe many of the services we provide our clients. Michelle Ross did my taxes and she did an amazing job. She was extremely thorough and made sure I got every incentive I could get. Really wanted to like them as they are nice ladies, and I do not like leaving negative reviews. But my business taxes were filed incorrectly (didn’t use correct form for an “inc”) for 3 full years. Add to that billing errors, sales tax errors and personal filing errors and it is just way too much to overlook. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.

1 star is too much for FRAUD! I paid Phases to have my 2016 taxes filed. I had to fight to get my taxes back as I was told there was no need to file if I was not getting a refund, yet I had paid for the… service. I was filing to track my alimony and child support. I eventually got back a packet saying they were efiled in Oct 2017. This year when filing 2017 on my own it was denied due to my gross income from 2016 not matching. I called the IRS and they informed me no taxes were ever filed for me in 2016. Avoid at all cost this is total FRAUD!

Worse place to have taxes done! We went in looking for a future year-round tax place. Debbie talked to us for 1/2 hr or so, and wrote some stuff down. Nothing was official nor was it put into the computer while we were there. A week or more later she calls us to come sign. She wasnt there just the receptionist. We overlooked it and didnt have good feelings about it.
We went to H&R Block to have a relook since things seemed short, and they found a significant difference. When I called back to get a refund (only half since she did do work and I need to pay to have them redone), Debbie said she
