Services
We encourage all of our patients to visit us at least once every six months. During these routine appointments, we will provide a thorough dental cleaning and exam to make sure that your smile is in good health. Depending on your individual dental needs, you may need to come to our office more often.
Gum disease, also called periodontal disease, is a degenerative condition primarily caused by bacteria found in plaque. The bacteria inflame and infect the gum tissues, and when left untreated, can eventually cause the gums to pull away from the teeth. Untreated periodontal disease can result in bone loss, tooth loss, and gum tissue recession.
Our permanent teeth are supposed to be our lifetime partners, but sometimes tooth extraction is necessary! Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth. While we strive to avoid the need to remove a tooth whenever possible, certain conditions may make tooth extraction the most effective option for returning your smile to good health and function.
Losing one or more of your teeth creates a gap in your smile, affects your ability to chew properly, and can alter your diet and nutrition. In addition, tooth loss also leads to bone loss. When a tooth is lost, the jawbone beneath it shrinks from lack of stimulation. Not only does losing teeth affect your smile, it also changes the shape of your face causing you to look prematurely aged.
At PGS Dentistry, our dentists happily offer dentures to replace all or just a few of your missing teeth. These products are removable and natural-looking options that give you the functionality you need and the smile you want. Dentures are removable oral appliances used to replace multiple missing teeth.

PGS has been a very welcoming, warm transition since day 1! I recently moved to the area so wanted to switch Dentists due to location, the were very accommodating and pretty flexible to new patients.
When I got in we discovered a few things that needed addresses, not only was the entire staff from check-in to check out super encouraging and friendly but they made the process almost completely painful.
The Dr on staff that I have had the pleasure of seeing we’re very thorough, kind, and explained everything in great detail answering all questions in between.
I have never had such a great experience

Have been seen in this office since Dr. Pradko came to Richmond. Might be his longest patient? My first appointment he cleaned my teeth. I have lots of dental work! I think I have seen every Dentist associated to this practice. Dr. Gallagher sorry to see you left Richmond office. Hygienist are hard to choose! Lonnie is great! Sheila, Monica and Claire are good too! Seen Sue for a lot of my cleanings! She retired but last time she was there filling in! Colleen congratulations on your retirement always had a smile to greet you!😇

Dr. Pradko, is a wonderful dentist. Very caring and very professional.
But my favorite thing about my dentist is he is pain free. When he had to pull a tooth he promised I would feel no pain and I did not. And I love my
hygienists Clara. She is also wonderful and caring and specific about my teeth and my needs.

The Richmond office is where I have my teeth cleaned. It is convenient and the hygienist’s there are all great. I never have to wait for one particular hygienist because they are all equally great. Nice, clean and professional office. The only reason it is not a 5 star to me is because My favorite dentist, Dr. Gallagher is in Romeo now. Therefore Romeo is where I go for dental work. Not saying the dentists at Richmond aren’t wonderful! They are. It is just my preference to see Dr. Gallagher.

I have been going to the Richmond office for several years now, and I am very happy with all the services they have provided. From my biannual check-ups to having to have an implant put in. All the employees are very nice and a pleasure to be around. I will continue to use their office for any dental needs for the foreseeable future.

I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, like many others I am sure. The staff and dentist at PGS are understanding and patient with me. Dr. Gadioli is amazing. He listens to what I am saying, even if it is minor. I never leave feeling like my concerns or questions were never answered. The hygienists and assists are fabulous. The front desk ladies, take the time to answer my questions also. I love it here and tell everyone I know about the wonderful staff at PGS

I have been going to PGS dentistry since the onset of their new offices. I would not go anywhere else. Their professionalism is beyond many other offices I have been to. It looks like a happy place to work.. Ive had some ups and downs with my dental experiences, however I am thankful that I was in good hands through it all. I am still going through a procedure that I wish I was not but Dr. Slanec and Tiffany and Pam have been there for my many many many times. Keep up the great work.

I wish I didn't have to leave such a sub-part review, because the professionals themselves here are Great. Truly, great. Experiences, competent, cool as a cat, steady, friendly. Relaxing and comfortable environment when you're in the chair.
But the Billing end of things.... Wow, it's hard to think of a more frustrating experience! We had similar headaches a couple years ago when we used them, but hoped it was a one-off experience. Apparently not so.
