I cannot speak highly enough of the ENTIRE staff at the dental office of Dr. Estrada!!! They assisted me in every way possible way from scheduling an appointment to insurance matters. I was treated with respect and HONESTY through every step of the process. Can't wait to go back!! Now who says that about their dentist?

Not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews but they are AMAZING. I typically hate the dentist from previous bad experiences but they made everything so easy. The ENTIRE staff is super friendly & great at what they do. I was in and out on all 3 of my appointments. I love that this place makes you feel super comfortable as the dentist is typically nerve wracking.

Estrada Dentistry is a great dental practice located in Greenbrier, Chesapeake, VA. The doctors and team are caring and compassionate about all your dental needs. As patients we have several options to go to many different practices, however, if you want a dentist to listen to your dental needs with care, then look no further. After a traumatic experience in dentistry, I was struggling to get past getting shots to get dental work done, but Dr. Craig Estrada is so gentle that I hardly felt anything! The two separate times I have needed extractions, I had minimal to no swelling and absolutely no pain afterwards. He is very friendly, patient and can throw a good joke or two in there to make one more comfortable. I had read the reviews on Aetna and picked him because he was showing as top-ranked and well-priced in the area and now I can vouch for that. He is so great that even when I move over 600 miles away I will be returning

I've been going to this place for some years now and the reason why I choose this place is because the staff is very personable. Unlike some dental places where I feel like I'm in a meat market, this place makes me feel homey.
Each time I'm waiting in the lobby I always see the staff talking to the patients in the lobby like old friends.
Not to mention, and most importantly, they do an incredible job with my teeth. I go in every 6 months for my cleanings and my hygienist (Paulyn) is amazing. I've also had both Dr. Estrada and Dr. Mangaya work on my teeth for fillings and

Nice!!!!! The only reason I give 4 stars is because they tried to talk me into getting work done that I don't need and it's only cosmetic. I felt pressured and almost committed to having to do it because they are so nice. They did tell me it wasn't medically necessary but kept pushing the issue. I got a second opinion and it was a sales tactic that was used. BUT everyone is VERY NICE. I'm willing to overlook that part.

Started going here about 6 months ago. My teeth were in really bad shape. But since then I have had a lot of work done by them and let me tell you!! My teeth are beautiful. I can smile with confidence and I don't have to worry about pain anymore.
Dr. Mangaya is amazing. She is the best. Joycee is the greatest helper. Rebecca is my hygienist and she does a very thorough job.
Highly recommended. Will be coming back as long as I live around here. Everyone greets you with a warm, natural smile.

The staff was really friendly. However, the administrative processes at this office is so antiquated. Also, I was being seen for a toothache and the Doctor that performed my exam said that I needed a crown but before that could happen I would also need a root canal....so he referred me to a specialist. Thank goodness I went elsewhere for a second opinion because all I really needed was the crown. That second opinion saved my coins. I guess in the Doctor's defense it's better to be safe than sorry. And he did prescribe me antibiotics because the same x-ray that told him I needed a root

Going to the dentist isn't so bad when everyone at the office is so great. The whole staff is very friendly and makes the whole experience better.
I've been coming to this dentist for a few years now because of the great staff. I've never had a bad experience with them, and that's what keeps me continuing to stay with them.

Very nice office. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Estrada has great bedside manor and is very calming. I myself was not seen by him but came as support for someone close to me. She was very nervous and he put her right at ease. The only thing I'd say that was less than favorable was the amount of assistants he has changing places. We had four different girls for one appointment. But they were all very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this office.

Staff is friendly. Been using this dentist for a few years. Had wisdom teeth removed here. No issues.
I have come here over the years on and off, its very close to my Home and my Office which is great, the staff is always friendly esp the hygienist , Professional and gives you answers to any questions you have and really explains subtle things about Dental care
So if you have a jacked up Grill... don't hesitate to come in and get that S*%$T fixed, aint no body got time fo dat!
