Dr. Zarrinfar has over 23 years of experience and is very comfortable working with all members of your family of any age. He not only has extensive experience working with children, but his seven years of practice at Mercy Hospital gives him the knowledge to work with medically compromised patients.
Dr. Zarrinfar earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California at San Diego in 1993, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1997.
After graduating from dental school, he immediately went on to complete a one year Advanced General Practice Residency at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, where he gained valuable clinical skill in Oral Surgery, General Medicine and Pediatric Dentistry.Following the completion of his residency program in 1998, he was invited to join Mercy Medical Center as an attending dentist, where he practiced until 2005.

Dr. Chantarat (Jan) Techapanit has been practicing general dentistry in the Northern Virginia area since 2006. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Howard University College of Dentistry, where she was awarded The Percy A. Fitzgerald Memorial Award for outstanding achievement in Clinical Fixed Prosthodontics.

I’ve been with Main Street Dentistry for 5 years and have had a fantastic experience there. The hygienists are thorough, but gentle. Dr. Z is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. He communicates patient options clearly and executed treatment plans flawlessly. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

I've had a lot of work done to my teeth since I was very little and like to think I'm a good judge of dentist and their technicians, I've been to many. I just recently started going to Dr. Zarrinfar's practice and I must say, they are AMAZING!!!!!!!! Megan the technician took care of me and was extremely gentle working around the teeth, which was a nice change! Dr. Zarrinfar strategically came up with game plan for me, which relieved any anxiety I'd had. Also, the front desk staff members were very warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience!

If you are looking for one of most patient dentists to ever live, Dr. Z is the best for you and your family. As for me and my three children (10 and under), Dr. Z took the time to be so patient, calming, and unbelievably kind to my kids that I cannot even begin to express my gratefulness. He can take a stressful day going out to the dentist with three children and turn it into an enjoyable experience. Thank you Dr. Z for being so professional and so kind. Shout out to the staff because they are awesome too.

We have been going to see Dr. Zarrinfar since we moved to Round Hill, over 18 years ago. They are pretty awesome. They have a very personable staff (Megan, Jennifer, Jessica, Andrea, Heather, Amanda and Kelly, hope I am not missing anyone). They are almost like family. Dr. Z walks you through what he is doing and they really take good care of you there. My daughter now a senior in high school wants to be a dentist/orthodontist since she was 7 years old. It was Megan and Dr. Z that impressed her enough to want to study it in college. The place is very clean and any time I see people ask on social

I’ve been afraid of dentists all my life....Dr. Zarrinfar eased all my worries and fears from day one. He is caring and compassionate dentist who really takes his time to get to know his patients. His office is able to easily accommodate my large family of six for our semi-annual cleanings. We have been patients of his for approximately the last eight years and throughout that time his staff has been absolutely top notch! They are all so wonderful to our children! I have recommended several friends and coworkers to his practice over the years. Definitely an A+!

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Zarrinfar for the last 14 years. He and his staff have always been very friendly and comforting.
