I would not have a second thought when whether or not to refer Jay, Michelle and their team. They answer is always yes! They have been straight shooters. I trust their guidance and advice when it comes to the complex tax world for both personal and small business tax prep. They have a passion to serve and take care of other business owners. They have also had solid communication if there were any delays and kept us up to speed with our progress. They are both a great accounting and finance partner to have in your arsenal.

I was so excited to learn about this neighborhood firm in Grant Park after they were highly rated on Nextdoor, and was thrilled to sign an engagement letter with them in March 2019 to file my personal and corporate taxes. Unfortunately, the day I met with Michelle Botwinick and handed over all of my personal and business financial information was the last time I ever communicated with her again. After committing to file my taxes before the April deadline, I heard nothing from Michelle for the next 6 weeks. When I contacted the firm a few days before tax day inquiring about the status of my filing
