Astral Auto Repairs started out in long Island, NY as Pink Panther Auto Repairs in 1985 and continued servicing the people of Long Island until January of 2006. Due to high ever increasing inflation of NY, Pink Panther Auto decided to make a huge business decision to move the company to a place which the company could grow beyond belief.
The number 1 question we get is "How does Astral Works?". Below are the steps you would need to follow in order to have your vehicle repaired by Astral. If at any time you have any questions, feel free to contact us any time during normal business hours. Step 3 If you would like to get your own parts, there may be a charge of $25 per half hour if the mechanic has to wait.

We make every attempt to schedule your appointment as soon as possible to get your vehicle back up and running. Astral offers two ways of making an appointment to have your vehicle serviced. Once your appointment has been made, a representative will contact you (during normal business hours) to confirm. If the appointment you chose is not available, they will assist you in selecting a new time and/or date. His video on repairing a fuel tank issue on an F150 was great. I checked out a video on repairing a BMW with a crank no start and made some comments and apparently the effects of long term substance abuse caused him to resort to juvenile name calling and such.. Make sure to look at his actual views on his channel. Not saying he can't fix a car but he's definitely not Chris Fixit!!! Make sure to READ ALL THE REVIEWS before entering into an agreement with him.

Scheduled an appointment and waited days for it to come up. Spoke to the receptionist several times that day, as I purchased the window for repair (and told her that). They called and left a message the day before (sorry, I work) and they cancelled my appointment without further notice. I took off of work for this appointment and I told her unless I called to say otherwise, the appointment was on. I'm sorry, but regardless of your past experiences, if I have an appointment, I have an appointment. Thanks, but no thanks...will not do business here again.
