I went to Don's to get an oil change and 2 tires. Before I went up there I called about 2 tires and were priced at 129.99 a piece. I get there they do the service and then want to charge me 199.99 a tire. I told them that's not what I was quoted and they said I gave the wrong size which isn't what happened. I will not be taking my service back to these guys

Lost a wheel on my travel trailer due to sheared lug nuts. This happened on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Finally got to Abilene on Saturday. Don's actually had a replacement tire and wheel in stock, obtained the lug nuts and got me on the road by noon. And their prices were reasonable. My total for everything was $386. Thanks guys!!!

We are driving across the country with our RV on our way home to Nevada and had a flat tire on the trailer, about an hour outside of Abilene. We spent the night in Abilene and first thing in the morning pulled into Don's Tire Shop to replace the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes, great service at a reasonable price. Plus easy access with the RV.

Had 5 tires removed and new tires mounted. First day I brought 2 in, no problems half hour and done. Second day I bring in the other 3 tires and rims for the same thing. This time Mr. Don comes off with the why do you bring in tires to be mounted. Well first is I wanted a brand they don't carry. Second spreading out the cost buying on planned budget. Now I get full on attitude of you don't bring your own steak to a restaurant and the shop doesn't make as much money on just mounting tires. I replied with I have a budget that I have to work with. While traveling cross country, I wore out my front brakes. I called this business while on the road and explained my situation. I told them I would be spending the night in Abilene and asked if they could help first thing in the morning. They asked if I could be there at 8am. They had me back on the road in an hour. Their price to me was less than I would have paid at my garage at home. Spoke with owner, what a nice man. The mechanic was also great. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! Just like to say, Thank You Don & Staff.

We took our tag-axle RV here on the recommendation of a man in Chapman, KS. He was so right, this was the place! We thought our inside driver-side tire was dead. These guys quickly removed the outer tire and determined that the inner tire was nearly empty. They filled it, made sure it wasn't leaking, and had us back on the road heading west in less than two hrs! Thanks so very much to Don and his crew, such nice, competent folks!

This place is great! I blew a tire on the interstate and needed a trailer tire that was a little bit unusual, but thanks to the enormous inventory, they not only had what I needed on hand, they had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. Awesome servie and they were even pretty reasonable price-wise.
