What a pleasant experience it was to deal with Carla. I was shopping for insurance online and got connected with her. Carla is amazing at this office made the experience as pleasant as purchasing insurance can be. Very efficient with getting quotes and had the whole process done extremely quick. I purchased home and auto insurance with them. My previous company raised rates quite a bit and StateFarm was very competitive with other companies in the area. Thank god I haven’t had to use the insurance yet but if I do I will be sure to update on the claims process but so far so good.
