A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, Jackie currently owns a home in Maysville. She received both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Morehead State University, and has taken additional classes at Cincinnati's Xavier University, and at the University of Kentucky. After 33 years as an award winning teacher, Jackie retired and began a new career in real estate, receiving her Kentucky real estate sales license in 1992.
She obtained her Kentucky broker's license in 1996, and formed Jackie's Gateway Properties. In 1998, she completed her studies under the Graduate REALTORS' Institute (GRI). In 2001, she earned her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), one who provides specialized real estate advice to seniors.
