Went for emergency at 8:30 pm. Was asked to pay 69.00...I then asked if that was my copay with my insurance. I was told yes. So I paid it. I was then called back like at 10 pm. Dentist finally came in said what he needed to do. They called in prescriptions and then like 30 min later came in to tell me how much it was going to cost. I was surprised by the amount told to me and "that's" when they tell me I'm out of network. That is some SHADY STUFF...I wasted 2 hours of my time when they should have told me I was out of network when I asked about the co pay. They just want your money so disappointed

I hate to go to dentist, but this place was simply the best dentist I ever been to.
Dr. Kwak did exceptional job and got me out of pain, removed my two broken teeth so quick and painless.  All the staff were very friendly and professional. Prices were fair considering that I was uninsured, and they saw me on Sunday.

My 10 year old son started having tooth pain the day before and by the time I got home from work yesterday, the left side of his jaw had swollen to the size of a baseball. I knew that he couldn't wait till the next day to see a dentist during normal hours so I started calling around and finally got ahold of someone at Dental Emergency Care around 7pm last night. My husband found this place last night as I was dying need of emergency help with my root canal. I couldn't wait until January 12th with my original dentist. We drove over 45 minutes for treatment and it was well worth it. From the check in process, to the exam and x-rays to the actual treatment and extraction I was provided with A1 service. When severe pain speaks, it usually screams. After 36 hours of my pain 'screaming,' I finally found Dental Emergency Care via Google. Though hours away from opening, my call was answered and an appointment was scheduled for me later the same day (Friday after Thanksgiving).
The staff was professional and courteous. X-rays and intake info was obtained, the Dr. examined me (cracked molar into the pulp cavity, exposing the nerve), then discussed his diagnosis and 2 possible solutions with me. We made an appointment because one of my son's was having a bad toothache. Our appointment time was 7:30. We arrived at 7:05. I wasn't clear how long the wait would be at first but we were told we could leave our phone number and they would call us. The waiting area only seats 4, and all the seats were taken, so we waited in our car. If we lived closer we could have gone home and they would have called, but Irving has a lot nearby so we were able to get food. My filling feel out this morning while flossing. Today is SATURDAY---OMG! I immediately panicked--what am I going to do?!!! I can't be like this the whole weekend and I definitely don't want the tooth to start hurting. I googled "Emergency Dental Care". A few options came up. The first one's answering machine came on and advised they were closed even though online it said '24 hour'.

Had pain on a Saturday and found Dental Emergency Care. This place was clean, I was greated with a smile. I have a fear of the dentist.The staff was empathetic and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. They had a couple of companies that I was able to apply for and get approved to finance my treatment. The dentist was very gentle and the assistant was attentive. The whole appointment was made easy and painless in my time of need. I would recommend everyone here when a Dental Emergency hits.

Bad front end work. Was told they work with my insurance but didn't tell me they were out of network. Charged me 807.50 to remove a tooth at the time. Then I got a bill later saying insurance didn't pay and got charged another 279.00! Because I was in so much pain I feel like they took advantage of pain.. Doctor and nurses were great to me.

I am so grateful to have been recommended this office by a friend. The experience was great from the time I walked in! Dr. Kwon was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed a thorough examination taking his time to explain everything and educate me on the issues I was experiencing. I have a fair bit of dental anxiety, but everyone's gentle care and concern really put me at ease. I felt that they had my best interest in mind during treatment. I'll be brief.. 130 for exam and X ray they don't tell you more until the doctor sees you one Molar extract 475.00 dlls excuse me they trap you they get money for x rays and exam + they don't let you use take your prescription for better pricing they want to use there own.. be careful.. 130.00dlls dow the drain if you can afford 475.00 for an extract..

I can't express how amazing this office is. The Dentist was extremely understanding and really showed he cared. I was in so much pain coming in this was the 3rd dentist I saw due to a wisdom tooth that needed to come out. I drove from Simms to Dallas to see this Dentist and I'm so glad I did. The other places were charging way too much and pressuring me to pull more teeth than needed. They also were insisting I needed to be put under.
I paid less here, the procedure did not require me to be put to sleep. Best of all the procedure to pull the tooth out was painless. The surgery was done

Excellent experience at Dental Emergency today! The team was fast, courteous, welcoming and best of all; affordable! I had a broken tooth and as it turns out, needed a root canal. I'm normally terrified at the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable and totally numb. The procedure is no picnic, but they made as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs!

Keep looking - they closed. I liked it and would have given at least a 4 star review, but halfway through my treatment plan they received word from the home office that this location would close in 4 days. Looking on the website they seem to have closed their Texas locations. Would have been nice if they'd honored their treatment plans through to the end.

I was in the worst pain ever. I have children and honestly this was far worst.. Pain called "WISDOM" So we did what everyone does we got wise and went on line to look up Dental offices at 1am! When the mom can't sleep no one sleeps. Found "Same Day Dental" actually opened 24hrs. Came and Dr. Coco, Maria and Front Desk lady was super nice and got it done. We were in and out under an hour.. Now that "Wisdom Pain" is gone. Thank you so very much.

I definitely recommend this place if you are going through so much pain. My husband couldn't bare the pain and we got there around 9:20PM and by 11:20Pm they were prepping him. The two girls in the front desk were very helpful and super nice, they made it a better experience for sure. I would have rated the clinic with a 5 star but the dental assist was rude, she had a very short dry personality. One of the girls in the front desk noticed that the dental assist was being rude and came out to the waiting room to tell me what I needed to fill out. The doctor was very fast and efficient!
