We'll serve as your entity's registered agent and make sure your entity stays current and that your corporate minutes are handled. One monthly 30-minute telephone check-in with an attorney, scheduled by you, to help us work proactively to protect your business. One monthly hour-long in-person/virtual meeting with an attorney, scheduled by you, at your office or a location of your choosing.

Closing on a home can be so stressful, specially when you’re buying in a new state and are absolutely unfamiliar with the processes. Jasmine made everything so clear and simple from our first contact, through signing the documents and the necessary follow ups afterwards.
