I am a native Floridian raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. Since I first learned about the U.S. Constitution and the civil rights cases of the 1950s and '60s when I was a young boy, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer: to help and serve people when liberty, freedom, or property are on the line; to ensure justice is served.
Attorney Chelsea N. Abend has been interested in Elder law and Estate planning services since law school. At Cooley Law School, Chelsea received the Leadership Achievement Award for her work in the Elder Law Clinic. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Ferris State University, Chelsea spent a year serving Livingston County, Michigan, residents with developmental disabilities.
Edward Infantolino, Jr., ("Eddie") was born in welcoming Somers Point, New Jersey, where he attended private Catholic school and learned his life-long core values and morals of caring and understanding. Those lessons guided Mr. Infantolino to be the type of attorney that he strives to be each and every day.

Chelsea put together my husband and my will, living will, power of attorney and health proxy. She took the time to explain everything to us, answered all our questions and just plain all had patience with people who didn't have a direction to go. When it was all completed we came back in, signed and initialed everything and she made us copies of all the documents. Very professional and helpful. She is now our go to attorney!
